By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. You should read them carefully before using the Application. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Istiqamah - Muslim Prayer Tracker mobile app and related services operated by Digital Surya Interaktif.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on a mobile device for personal use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, translate, or create derivative versions of the Application except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Intellectual property
The Service Provider retains all intellectual property rights in the Application, including code, design, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, branding, and content. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use the Service Provider's branding or proprietary notices.
Eligibility and account responsibility
You represent that you are legally permitted to use the Application in your jurisdiction. You must be at least 16 years old, or have required parent or guardian consent where applicable. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining your sign-in method, device security, and activity connected to your account.
Appropriate use
You agree not to misuse the Application, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or harmful information, violate another person's rights, or use the Application in a way that violates applicable law. Jailbroken, rooted, or compromised devices may reduce security and may cause the Application to function incorrectly.
Personal records and content
Istiqamah is primarily a private prayer and deed tracker. Personal prayer and deed records are not intended as public user-generated content. If future features allow public submissions, reports, or shared content, you must not submit illegal, abusive, misleading, infringing, explicit, discriminatory, spam, malware, or privacy-violating content. The Service Provider may remove or restrict violating content and may suspend accounts that misuse such features.
Religious content
The Application may show curated dalil references, practice prompts, prayer-time data, and related Islamic content. This content is provided for personal support and convenience and is not a substitute for qualified religious guidance. You remain responsible for evaluating and following guidance appropriate to your circumstances.
Charges, ads, and future paid features
The Application may be free, ad-supported, or include paid features in the future. Any charges will be clearly communicated before purchase. RevenueCat may be integrated later to support subscriptions, entitlements, or paid features; until such integration is enabled, RevenueCat is a planned provider rather than an active payment processor for the Application.
Third-party services
The Application may depend on third-party services for sign-in, account sync, app reliability, analytics, optional advertising, prayer-time data, app-store distribution, and future paid features. Third-party service availability, terms, and privacy practices may apply separately.
Internet, device, and data charges
Some features require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application cannot function because of network unavailability, data allowance limits, roaming charges, device battery, operating-system restrictions, or third-party service disruption. You are responsible for any data, carrier, roaming, or app-store charges that may apply.
Updates and availability
The Service Provider may update, modify, suspend, discontinue, or cease supporting parts of the Application. Platform requirements may change, and you may need to install updates to continue using the Application. Features may be unavailable because of maintenance, network conditions, third-party services, or platform requirements.
Termination
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, threaten safety, or misuse the Application. Upon termination, your right to use the Application ends and you must stop using it and delete copies where required.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or loss caused by relying entirely on third-party information. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law requires liability.
Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or intentional misuse of the Application. This does not apply to claims caused by the Service Provider's own negligence, breach, or violation of applicable law.
Governing law and consumer rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service Provider is established, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be lawfully excluded.
Severability and entire agreement
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and the Service Provider concerning the Application.
Changes and contact
