Request Account Deletion
You can request account deletion from the app or use this public page to understand the deletion process.

- Open Istiqamah and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Settings, then choose Request account deletion.
- Confirm the request. The request is sent for admin review.
- After review, your account can be disabled and then permanently deleted along with associated account data.
Public web request path
If you cannot access the app, contact Digital Surya Interaktif from the email address connected to your account and include the subject “Istiqamah account deletion request”.

What deletion covers
Deletion is intended to remove your account and associated private account data. Limited records may be retained only when required for security, audit, legal, or abuse-prevention purposes.
